Brian Summe is a 30+ year financial services and investment banking executive with deep experience in M&A strategy and raising growth capital.

Over the course of his career, Brian has been directly involved in capital raising and complex transaction initiatives exceeding $15 billion across public and private markets. He has worked extensively with private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors, accredited investors, and strategic acquirers giving him firsthand insight into how investors evaluate risk, structure transactions, and deploy capital.

As Managing Partner of Summe Capital, Brian works directly with private and family-owned businesses to evaluate their options and help determine the right path, whether pursuing a partial or full sale, recapitalizing, raising growth capital, or strengthening the business for future growth.
