Managing Partner
Brian Summe is a 30+ year financial services and investment banking executive with deep experience in M&A strategy and capital formation.
Over the course of his career, Brian has been directly involved in capital formation and strategic M&A initiatives exceeding $15 billion across public and private markets. He has worked extensively with private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors, accredited investors, and strategic acquirers, giving him firsthand insight into how investors evaluate risk, structure transactions, and deploy capital.
As Managing Partner of Summe Capital, Brian works alongside his team to evaluate options for private and family-owned businesses and determine the right path — whether pursuing a partial or full sale, recapitalizing, raising growth capital, or strengthening the business for future growth.
